Shipping
Simple Specialties ships orders daily, Monday-Friday, via USPS. Shipping charges will be waived for those who desire to pick up at our local venue/market in St. Augustine, Florida. Please notify us by email within 24 hours of placing your order (or type LOCAL in the special instructions) and choose our Cash on Delivery option to receive this waiver and ensure a smooth transaction.
Simple Specialties packs your product so that it will arrive in the same way as it left our facility. In the event that a product arrives damaged due to carrier negligence, please notify us immediately or, depending on damage, refuse the package. We will do our best to work with our carrier in order to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
